Shipping time increased to 14 days
I noticed a significant decrease in order for a FBM product in my store. Doing some investigating I noticed that the shipping time is now showing as 14 days (for a shipment to the same zip code as my FBM location). Anybody seen this before?

Hi, had a customer refund for a 3rd time now, and I have no clue why?
The reason given by Amazon “customer service”, lol?
Any clue as to why? And is there a way to block this?
