How should I pack my first shipment?? I’m sending stand up pouches
They survive the drop test. But should I rubber band them or do anything else so they get approved by the warehouse?

I sell an item under $9 and I have about 10k units at FBA. I sell 3k to 5k units a month. There is another seller consistently getting the buybox while 9 cents above my price. How? This is the only listing this happens in. I sell couple hundred other SKUs and this has never happened before…
Both mine (100%) and other seller’s (99%) metrics are good. How is this happening? And why? Is there a promotion or something I can’t see? Driving me nuts…
