Featured offer eligibility gone
I lost the eligibility to be featured offer on ALL my listings. Not sure what is going on. My account is healthy. But my tracking rate didn go below 95%. Could that be the reason why?

Hey, im a new seller trying to get into groceries in Canada. I heard it’s really strict and you need permission from Health Canada. Is this true? Or only for non branded products? Also if anyone can suggest anyway I can get ungated?

Account inactive for almost 2 weeks
