Variations not matching on live listing
Hello,
About a month ago I was put in charge of my companies Amazon store. It was originally made in 2018 and a few people have worked on it since.
We currently have 1 parent with 65 child asins, with the parentage being size&scent (candles).

Buyer return fraud – what action to take
Buyer bought power drill from me, immediate return upon receipt, Amazon auto-approved refund and gave buyer ups return label. Buyer kept my drill, returned their broken one (serial does not match). What is the next action to take?
