I’m up to the final step before verification and every time I click next it just refreshes the page and does not let me move forward, all my info is correct and my photos are clear but the page just keeps refreshing

When u sell on Amazon, Is it better to trademark your business name ASAP or later when have an actual product with your business name on it?
BTW, can I put my business name/Logo sticker on my product’s packaging and use that as my product, or do I need the logo on my actual product for USPTO when filing for trademark?
