1 A to Z claim may close my shop

So, I started on Amazon 4 months ago. An item wasnt delivered, 1 out of 184 – I offer a refund, buyer goes and opens an A to Z claim to get a refund even though I offered it. The appeal was denied.

Started at 0.24%, now it’s 0.84% because I stopped selling for a while – as I focus on other things. Once it hits 1%, will my store shut down?
