100% of funds in “account level reserve”

Anyone ever had an account being looked at? My funds have been in “account level reserve” for 30 days now. My account health is fine and I completed all the INFORM act requirements. No performance notifications. Support can’t tell me a reason why. I’m all FBA and listings are still active. It is nearly $50k being held and I am not getting any replies to my emails.
