11 days and issue isn’t resolved

It’s been 11 days and my issue isn’t being resolved. No ETA.

I’m an independent author and self published a book. The isbn isn’t being detected by Amazon.

I was told the delay is due to team closing tickets on double taxation

No one is caring my ticket even after 11 days

This is SOS help cry as I’m losing sales
