$11k in account reserve???

Just started my second month all FBM why are they holding this much in reserve. Over $17k in sales. This week is my schedule payment is only $750…ive been sending all packages on time and ok ive had a few mistakes of sending the wrong thing like 4 or 5 times but ive had over 600 orders also had to cancel some orders due to no inventory. Even amazon factory workers make mistakes. Are those the reasons they are holding my money. I’ve had to decrease my inventory to keep up cause I’m running out of cash so my sales are down this week.
