A-to-Z Granted but Does Not Appear in A-to-Z claims
I received an email about an A-to-Z claim that was granted and a 2nd email showing the refund processed.
I went to seller central to appeal the A-to-Z, but it doesn’t even appear in the A-to-Z claim list.
This was a high end item that a buyer destroyed and sent back demanding a full refund. The customer even admitted it’s their fault, but the A-to-Z claim said it was granted because the return was described as damaged and my photos of the returned item also show it is damaged. This was probably a stupid AI decision, but there’s no A-to-Z claim in my history so I can’t appeal.
Anyone run into this before? Possible resolution?
