About Seller section

Please can someone help! I’ve tried contacting Amazon multiple times however they have been unhelpful. Does anyone know how to edit the “About Seller” section? The section people can view publicly if they go onto your seller profile? I would attach a screenshot however I can’t on this subreddit, thank you in advance!
