About the payment of amazon’s account, can anyone help me?

I’m a seller in Amazon, and our Canada’s site has not received any payment within 1 years and most of our money is included in account’s reserved fund. But our account is in good condition and didn’t receive any performance notification, the product of this store is fulfilled by amazon. We have asked Amazon’s customer service for help multiple times and never solved it. So we didn’t know what cause it and how to solve it. Did anyone meet this situation before? Can you give me any suggestion about it?
