Accidentally Got My Product Removed – Help/Adviced
New seller here. One of my products received a customer complaint because the customer thought my product was expired. It was a mistake, as the date on the product was the manufacturing date, and the product expires 24 months after manufacturing. No worries, I figured I could explain this to Amazon.
I went on the appeal link, and check marked the boxes that would – as I thought – let Amazon know that I am trying to appeal. I saw an option at the bottom that I could click to say that it was a mistake, and I figured I could click on that after the check boxes. However, I clicked submit for the check boxes and the whole page refreshed. Now Amazon is saying that I agreed to take down my product – I did not get that from the check boxes but I recognize I may not have read it properly. I called them and they’re saying there is nothing they can do since I agreed to take down the product. Can someone please provide some advice here? It was an honest mistake, and I don’t understand how my product can be taken down from a simple checkmark when it takes so much work to get the product posted in the first place. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
