Bit of a weird one. I used a suppliers website Amazon integration to list some products. Problem is, somehow, every single one of their products got listed to Amazon in one go. I believe there’s about 24,000 altogether. They are being less than helpful and quite blunt/rude in their responses completely blaming me. I’m receiving take down emails every hour from Amazon and the Purge inventory option is not working because they require a response to confirm.
I am responding exactly as they have asked, they want a response with “a)”, “b)”, “c)”. I have responded to the email twice with “a)” (without the quotations) and both times, I receive an auto reply that the email address is not montired. Then the purge gets cancelled as I didn’t confirm in time. How can I confirm if the email does not accept incoming email?
Also, would this remove my products that are in FBA? I only want to purge my Fulilled by seller items.
