Account Deactivated Due To Inactivity
We have just recently setup a store on Amazon (US/CA/MX) and we are 100% FBM currently. However, after some inactivity our account was disabled and we also notice that our charge method is no longer valid. We’ve since updated the charge method to our business credit card, however the account dashboard continues to indicate that our charge method is invalid despite having several thousand in available credit. At this point, our products say “currently unavailable” and seem to have been ranked down in search as well.
We’re looking for any insight into what we can do to get our account active again. The new credit card information was replaced just today so mayhaps this takes more time?
