Account Deactivation?

Basically I got a new printer and didn’t realize some of the order labels weren’t printing and basically my order defect rate is almost 1% (FBM) and likely will exceed it soon. I have an Account Health Rating higher than 250 where Amazon supposedly doesn’t automatically deactivate your account but instead talks to you first. Could someone please tell me what to expect if it goes above 1% and what I can do right now to remedy the problem? Thank you!
