Account health questions

I don’t why my account health is dropping It dropping 4 points every other day. Everything looks right in the account health. Can someone please advice me I would really appreciate it. I did try to call them they keep on saying nothing is wrong.

Order Defect Rate – 0%

Late Shipment Rate – 0%

Pre-fulfillment cancel rate – 0%

Valid Tracking Rate – 100%

And also there is no violations.
