Account inactive for almost 2 weeks
My account has been deactivated for a multiple account violation (similar previous post), even though I only have one account. I submitted an appeal (twice and it says not enough information to reactivate) but it’s been close to 2 weeks, and I haven’t received any update via email. I called Amazon support, and they advised me to wait since no final decision has been made yet.
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how long it took for the issue to be resolved. Some have mentioned that it could be a glitch in Amazon’s system that flags a second account erroneously, and that it usually gets sorted out. Can anyone confirm if this is true?
