Account permanently closed — can I still get my FBA inventory back without Seller Central access?
Hi everyone,
Our US Amazon seller account was permanently deactivated due to manipulated/forged invoice issues. We no longer have access to Seller Central at all.
We still have remaining FBA inventory in Amazon warehouses and I’m trying to understand if it’s still possible to get the inventory returned or removed, even without account access.
Has anyone here been in a similar situation and successfully recovered their inventory?
If yes:
How did you contact Amazon?
How long did it take?
Did you get all or only part of the inventory back?
Any real experiences or advice would really help. Thank you.
