Account Related Scenario

Before I moved out of my parents house, I made an amazon account with their address. I then moved into my own place and changed all my info to the new place that I live. My brother wants to make an amazon and lives at my parents house but they have a new wifi and I don’t have that address anywhere on my Amazon account. Will it be ok if he makes one? And is it fine if we buy and sell the same leads?
