Activation of account (false claim)
Hi ya’ll .. I would like to pick your brains for a minute. Whatever knowledge you have please share. Working on activating an account who got claimed for counterfeit. However, the other party who claims to be the “rights owner” is not. I have proof who the owner is, pulled up trademark paperwork as well. I have purchase invoice, email sent to the other party requesting that they remove the claim with Amazon (of course no answer and I wasn’t expecting one)
This is the first time dealing with this and I need a light at the end of the tunnel. I uploaded the paperwork as LOA instructed by the support team when I called but it keeps getting denied.
Amazon is requesting an LOA from the manufacturer, impossible. Product was not bought from them, it was bought from a distributor.
Any one knows how to go around the system to get this solved? Or any other advice on the paperwork I need?
