Adding additional information to product listings

Hi there, I am brand new to amazon selling. I am looking for where you would be able to add additional information to a product listing? As an example https://www.amazon.com/GORE-WEAR-Cycling-Gore-TEX-Paclite/dp/B082YFBWJR?ref_=ast_sto_dp&th=1&psc=1 if you look at this listing there is a “from the manufacturer” section with additional information. I am just not sure where this is info is added. Thanks in Advance.
