Ads Spend Increase

Has anyone seen an significant increase in their invoice order payment regarding advertising spend over the last two months? I have my daily budget capped around $250 and its been charging me around $500 for one day consecutively the last two months. My original ad spend biweekly was suppose to be around $2900 but they charged me around $5500 for that timeframe.
