Agency fee report for calculation of commission

Looking for advice on anyone in a similar situation.

If I pay my agency on: “orders shipped” – “refunds”

1. What report in Seller Central is the best report for the single source of truth?
   I don’t trust any of the 3rd Party apps (seller board, etc.).

2. If you suggest the Date Range report / Transactions report in the Report Repository, how do you account for the Deferred Transactions at that time?
