Alibaba Supplier page is no longer up. Red flag?

I’ve done a lot of sampling with this company and finally found the right formula, so I placed a large order and paid 50%. I’ve been messaging with the sales person and she’s been very responsive. Today, I clicked on their profile to see their address because I needed it for a quote from a freight forwarder, and their profile page is gone. On one hand, I’m not too concerned as they have spent way more time and money doing the sampling than I’ve paid them for and have been really responsive doing the packaging etc. On the other hand, I asked them their address for the freight forwarder and she said she would just ship it to the freight forwarder and didn’t give me their address. Should I be concerned? This was a large purchase!
