All of my products are displaying multiple errors and I have no idea how to solve them.
I’ll try to be as brief as possible.
I wanted to sync my Shopify products with my Amazon Seller Central account, and to do so, I installed a third party app formerly known as Codisto through which I published 40 products on Amazon for the first time.
However, two weeks later, when everything was set up and ready to go, Shopify sent me an email notifying that they had acquired Codisto and that I had to uninstall it and install the new Shopify Marketplace Connect app, but once I did everything screwed up. All of my products started displaying errors that I don’t remember at this time, I contacted the Marketplace Connect app Support multiple times and they didn’t help, so I thought that the best solution would be to simply delete all products form my Amazon inventory and list them again, but little did I know that even though they get deleted from my catalog and search engine, they don’t get deleted from Amazon databases and that the ASIN codes that were assigned to them will permanently be, so as you can guess, I didn’t back them up. Them I tried publishing them again and they are displaying errors like: “This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification.”, some are in search suppressed or incomplete status and almost all of them aren’t linked to their parent ASIN code.
Please, I’m desperate to solve this issues. It’s 40 products that I need to fix and 39 of them have 2 variants for each one of them (2 sizes for each product).
