Am I the only one experiencing Buy Shipping issues with Amazon & USPS?

Seems to me Amazon is struggling to get the USPS Ground Advantage implemented in their buy shipping services. Ruined my morning being unable to buy amazon labels (via ShipStation) and pretty sure we’re in for the same sh*t tomorrow. They must finally be working on replacing first class and parcel select with ground advantage but they’re just causing issues. Even the orders that correctly have correctly replaced first class with the ground advantage option are not showing the correct rates for packages under 1 lb. But none of this has been posted on their API Health Dashboard where they should be acknowledging it. There’s no way it’s just me but I don’t see anyone on the forums complaining about it. Anyone else know what I am talking about here?
