Amazon 0 day handling changes?

I recently had a string of orders marked as late shipment. I have standard two day handling time but I noticed 0 day handling time set to 3pm.

Never used to be an issue where I shipped orders next day now I get hit with a string of late shipments because of 0 day handling time.

Is this new? Was there a recent change. I often run two shipment batches for the day so this change could have been a while ago and we never noticed.
