Amazon access

Hi,

I’m supposed to get access to an Amazon seller profile, so that I can look into their account. But it seems like there’s a problem with getting access to see any data. Apparently I’m supposed to add my passport information and everything to get all the access to the account. Can that be true? Maybe we’ve added my user incorrectly to the account.
