Amazon Account Health: INFORM Consumers Act Bug?

Hi All,

Wondering If I can get some help or clarification. Today our amazon store has a deactivation warning due to INFORM Consumers act compliance. It’s telling me our phone number is not verified. However when I click on the link to verify our number I am taken to a page displaying our address and phone number where it is marked as verified and no indication anything is wrong or action items.

Is this a bug or did something change today that I am not aware of? We’ve never seen this issue before.

EDIT: the store has been open for about 11 months. We did the postcard and phone verification when we first opened the shop back in January.
