Amazon account is deactivated.
I have been working with the same manufacturer and in the last two months, i got 2 complaints from customer saying they think my product is counterfeit.
One was from the brand owner that flagged me for IP, but later he removed the complaint and said as long as I sell above his price, he will let me sell his product.
Second, i provided my invoice that used to give me no problem what so ever. However, i keep getting rejected for my appeal and my account is still deactivated.
How should I proceed from here?
