Amazon and customer service for sellers….

I have spent the last three weeks trying to get my OTP reset and every time I reach out to Amazon they tell me the same thing I need to follow the link they give me the generic answer that I need to go to recovery… Which I’ve done multiple times But they never send the link to me to reset my OTP. I haven’t been able to access my account other than the seller app which is garbage on the iphone…

So my story starts here I decided to give it a shot finally selling on Amazon using autoDS which in my opinion is a great service but I should have read more about what I was doing before jumping right in, anyways I’ve been on eBay for years did Amazon long before all the approval to sell items were needed… Now look I was off to a great start sold my first ten items bam big profit … oh no I didn’t realize autoDS will automatically increase your inventory if it’s still available with you supplier..big mistake so I realized I had sold 10 more when I noticed this I was waiting on inventory anyways inventory took longer than expected verified with all the buyers they still wanted this .. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE if most the people buying are sellers themselves please never agree to send items late with or without someone agreeing to it…. Because I did not use Amazon shipping I am not eligible for a to z claims another mistake on my part … so anyways I ship another 18 13 of which were late Amazon decides to refund all the buyers well the 13 all of the money with no return so now I was looking at 6000 revenue over head cost about 3000.

Nope Amazon freezes my account because my sales were too fast whatever took about 3 months to get that straightened after they gave away about 3500 in revenue now I am sitting in the red I know this doesn’t have much to do with my question but I hope anyone thinking about starting reads this and takes it slow… I do know everyone is going to say I am an idiot it’s my fault but really I already know I messed up… anyways the money finally goes into my seller wallet but the card I used now has racked up interest due to this and just screwed me completely… Amazon bent me over and fucked me hard lol…

So I was dealing with some other issues and needed to change my phone number big mistake the person who was calling my phone and the act of changing my number but I forgot to change it on Amazon…. I now for 4-5 have been trying to reset my OTP I get the message saying ok 24-48 after uploading my ID then I never get an email about this…

I open up case after case and this is what happens I get the same fucking response telling me to do the same thing
