Amazon Brand Approval

Good morning, my boss has tasked me with finding where we can buy products/invoices that will get us approved for certain brands. He’s saying he has seen some sites online where you can purchase quantities of 10 of specific brands (JBL for example) and the accompanying invoice will get you approved to sell that gated brand. I’ve been digging around all morning and haven’t come across any site like this, does anybody know if and where this would be? Even if we take a loss on the PO, it would be worth it for us if it led to getting approved for the brand. Thank you.
