Amazon brand registry rejected

Hi. So I have a trademarks filled with USPTO and I did brand registry application but it was rejected. I did an appeal over a week ago and still no response.

It’s a new account, no sales we just setting up. only 1 product listed at the moment, own brand product.

Brand name is approved and I have GTIN numbers from US GS1

Can’t understand why they rejected??

They approved the account and checked all company documents. The brand is owned by the same company that owns the trademark and the trademark is the name of the company. The GTIN are also owned by the same company.

Any ideas on how to proceed? Totally stumped.
