Amazon branding question ?

I’ve been trying to register my brand for exemption and it keeps getting rejected. (Logo not permanently on product)In my application I’ve applied for multiple categories. I was wondering if these categories matter? It’s getting redundant selecting all these categories just for my application to be rejected again. If I don’t select the categories now will I be able to list in them later?
