Amazon Business Model aside from Private Label

I did Private Label when I start which I think is completely wrong since I have a very limited budget.

I was able to do it though, however, I can’t scale. The product I have is also not that good, the profit margin is negative.

I don’t want to give up so I want to get started with a different approach which requires not that high capital.

I’ve read through online/retail arbitrage, dropshipping and wholesale.

I need to do more research, but for now, I want to know any experience you can share!
