Amazon cancelled order and refunded the customer

Amazon cancelled an order of a customer after 2 days. The reason cited was address not deliverable, even though I’ve sent items to the same address. The customer contacted us via phone and gave us shit for the same and now we’ve lost the customer and the order. How do we seek compensation from Amazon?
