Amazon closed a shipment after just 30 days, a week before the peak sales month?

I’ve never had a shipment automatically closed after just 30 days, isn’t it usually 90 days?I created the shipment on July 26th (shipped by sea), somehow they started receiving it on 10th of August (all tracking information shows that it is still on the sea), then the shipment was closed on August 25th with 200 out of 2000 units received.

This was a multi-SKU shipment with 3 SKU’s – I don’t know how but they somehow received 100 of one SKU, 100 of another and 0 of the 3rd SKU.

Why has the shipment been closed so early? The status is Closed. What happens to the stock now when it arrives to their warehouse? September is the peak month for these products – this is extremely unfortunate.
