To keep it short in late December 2021, I got an email stating ” Your Amazon Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of amazons business solution agreement”. In that email also states about after 90 days asking for disbursements of funds which I have literally done every week since the 90 days has passed. Disbursement-appeals@amazon has never answered once. I have no idea how this can be legal, I have tried a few different emails Amazon doesn’t reply to anything. Does anyone have any information or a contact at which amazon actually replies. To be transparent they are holding $15,000 USD.
