Amazon destroyed me

My account was deactivated due to not complying with inform tax bank account verification.

Apparently there is no option to upload the statement as the “verify button” to upload the statement is missing on my account.

Been 25 days now, suffering for something I didn’t do. Said the issue was forwarded to seller performance team, but nothing.

Is there any hopes left? A guy who had the same issue, said I needed to connect with my account specialist. But I’m not sure if I have any.. or how to connect with them.
