Amazon FBA account OTP not recieved

I want to create an Amazon fba account to sell on Amazon but I could not get the OTP from Amazon on my mobile, I’m from a middle eastern country and have tried different phone nubmers from the same region and had the same problem.

Is there a solution for this? I have thought of using a forign associate moblie number for verification but will that affect my account being accepted by Amazon?
