Amazon FBA fail

Hi,

So I started an Amazon brand and my product was a complete failure. I lost money and didn’t sell anything. I recogonized that my product was too niched and that is why it didn’t sell. My concern now is that if I launch anything less niched I will have to compete with Chinese sellers and they would have a price advantage. I am not sure what to do now. Is Amazon FBA still a good opportunity to pursue in 2023? If so, what can I do to have a successful product without losing money again?
