Amazon FBA Ireland

I am based in Ireland. Today I spoke to an accountant about selling on Amazon uk being based in Ireland and asked questions about situation with Brexit and import charges. I know that it’s very expensive to ship from Ireland to uk. Instead I was adviced to register as a UK Limited Company, set up a uk business bank account , register for VAT and do online arbitrage instead of retail arbitrage. Then, order stock online, ship to UK prep centres where they’ll handle everything for you and they will ship to Amazon warehouses in UK. How does this sound like in your opinion?
