Amazon Freight EU question

Hello there. We are planning to expand our business within Germany, as we are currently based in Czechia. I mailed Amazon Freight about their terms and conditions and they replied back with the first step requirement, which is to be VAT registered company in Germany or UK.

My question is simple; anybody in this community working for Amazon? What are the other requirements and what do you say about the conditions? We currently have a semi and a small truck (<1 ton). We are planning to buy a few more and will start process for VAT registration in Germany.
