Amazon hasn’t paid me for 2023

I recently calculated all of my disbursements and realized Amazon owes me $20,000 for this year. I have reached out to customer support several times and gotten the runaround. No one has been able to give me an answer and explain why I haven’t been paid yet, there is also nothing in the reserve. What is the best way to handle this? So far I have grossed 57k and net 43k, Amazon has only paid me 22k.
