Amazon India Team is not being Helpful, I am left with no choice but going to police
We set up our Amazon account to sell some clothes from our clothing line
We sent the stock to FBA around 15 Pieces
In a week we get an email saying 3 are sold and after a while 2 are returned
Then all of a sudden we are not able to log into the account, the account says that it is Temporarily on Hold and that we should contact the customer support.
We spend around 2 months doing that, no response from anyone, they just keep passing us around to the seller team, the seller team sends us to the customer support team who all claim that they fill up the forms but I get no emails or any help. I called everyday because they keep saying wait for 24 hours after filling up the form.
After those 2 months, We got busy with other things and forgot about this problem until we recieved an email from Inventory Health that our items are stranded and we should activate them to get them on the listing.
And then we sent some more emails, later we met an amazon representative who suggested us to set up another Account with the same phone number and details, and then contact the team to transfer the stock to this new account. After doing that when we contacted the seller support they said that cant help with that other account. (NOTE: Amazon seller team is handicapped if you do not have access to the seller account, they force you to deal with Amazon customer support who then say they do not know anything about seller accounts)
After this I called Amazon team everyday for the past 1.5 months made them fill up countless forms and still no action took place.
Now I am getting emails from Inventory health that they will remove our stock because it has been stranded for very long.
I am considering registering a police case agaisnt amazon for taking our stock and not giving us as well as our funds that we sold the stock for.

I emailed everyone ofm @ amazon . in, ab-cs-reply @ amazon . in, and even jeff @ amazon . com
No response till now. My whole business is haulted and I just want our stock back and our funds and to be able to continue our business.
