Amazon is asking me for proof of no delivery

So I’m trying to get a refund because a package I bought and paid for didn’t arrive, the website said that it was delivered 4 days ago but I never got it and when I tried to request a refund from the seller they said I had to send proof of no delivery. How exactly do I obtain proof that I don’t have it?
