Amazon items live but no sales. Then selling out after 2 weeks of receiving a delayed email that items have been received. Explanation?

Hi all,

I have recently started selling on Amazon (FBA) in the UAE.

I shipped my items and it was received by Amazon, the items are live and I’m running campaigns.

I got no sales for up to 2 weeks and then Amazon send me an email that my items have been received, after that email I sell out within the same week.

This keeps happening for all items I ship. 0 sales for 2 weeks while items are live and in stock, I receive an email saying that the items are now received and sell out same week.

Any explanation for this?
