Amazon listing and competitor anaylze service ?

We are leather jacket manufacturer in Turkey and i just open my amazon store.

My brand registration just approved today , i dont want to do listing myself because of lack of knowledge and dont want to do mistake.I used fiver for listing services but prices quite expensive…

Do you have experience on creating store and can you give me an advice ?

Some agencies offer me montly wage for control account but i want to use that amoun for advertising am i right ?
