Amazon Lost Shipment
Question: I sent my first FBA shipments into Amazon. I received a notice they cannot locate the units, they double checked, and because they can’t find them they’re closing the case and I will get no reimbursement.
What can I do? I reached out to seller support and they basically said they looked again and couldn’t find them that because they checked and don’t see them I’ll get no reimbursement. I mean this is ridiculous I clearly sent in all the units.
